Canada Solves Terrorist Problem Once and For All

You don't really notice the incredible cultural, political, social, religious and judicial differences that can lead to friction between nations and groups until you put it into proper "Perspective."

Which is of course what this blog is all about!

On the one hand you have the terrorist, who has an agenda that is really rather basic and straight forward.

The cause that he or she is willing to kill and maim for is rather black and white, and usually consists of the terrorists wanting things done their way or else.

This usually involves looking at a situation in the simplistic terms of I'm right and you're wrong, and to hell with the consequences.

We, on the other hand, take a more balanced view of events and are willing to compromise, and even capitulate on occasion, without too great a damage to our core ideals.

Not to say that we hold the moral high ground all the time as witnessed by what we did to the North American Indian and of course the "Colonies" of the past, which is at the root of a majority of the world's problems today!

BUT, there is another factor to be taken into account, and that is the differing reaction to events between a terrorist and today's modern Western society.

A terrorist's actions are rather simple, if by no means simplistic, and are designed for direct action against a perceived threat or injustice.

Rather black and white you might say.

Canada, on the other hand, has found the ultimate solution to the terrorsit threat!

As an example of enlightened thinking and accommodation of differing ideals and ideologies, we are now approaching the problem from a radically different point of view.............. we...... (Are ya ready?)... have enacted legislation......... allowing us to SUE terrorists for any and all actions that inconvenience, frighten or injure us.

That's showing 'em!
