With the allegations against Jian Ghomeshi melting faster than a snowman in August, the prosecution has suddenly switched gears and announced they will bring in a fourth (unscheduled) woman in to see if she fares any better than the first three! (Maybe they will just bring in more and more women until one of them gets believed! You know, like throwing shit against the wall to see if any of it sticks!)
I won't comment on whether Jian is guilty on some, or all of the allegations kids, since that is now next to impossible, but I do think it exposes a very serious flaw in our criminal justice system where just a suggestion of impropriety by a woman is enough to put the cops and persecutors on a state of high alert. How many times have I heard of cases where sexual misconduct has been raised as a method of revenge for a failed relationship, or to leverage the issue of child custody in a woman's favour.
Just as we say "not all Muslims are terrorists," so to can we say, "not all men are sexual predators or perverts!"
BUT!
Being able to figure out who's who without a score card can be very difficult !

Multiple sources connected with the singer tell us, Madonna believes Guy has set no rules for 15-year-old Rocco and he's living dangerously ... not enrolled in school, hanging out in skate parks, smoking and essentially doing anything he wants.
We're told the animosity runs deep between Madonna and Guy ... she feels strongly their son needs structure and he's unable and unwilling to provide it.

ASSAULT BY ALLIGATOR?
A Florida man accused of throwing a live alligator through a drive-through window has been arrested, authorities say.
Joshua James, of Jupiter, Fla., faces three charges, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office records: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; a charge related to the illegal killing, capture or possession of an alligator; and petty theft.
James, 24, is accused of throwing (But not giving a reason!) a 3 1/2-foot alligator through a Wendy’s drive-through window in October, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission incident report cited by NBC affiliate WPTV. He was taken into custody and booked into the Palm Beach County Detention Center on Monday.
Officials say James pulled up to receive his order, was handed a drink, then pulled the alligator out of the back of his truck and tossed it into the restaurant after the drive-through attendant had turned around, according to WPTV.
His parents described James as an outdoorsman and harmless prankster, adding that he viewed famous crocodile hunter and conservationist Steve Irwin as an idol, WPTV reported.
Ed and Linda James told the station that their son was pranking a Wendy’s employee that he knew.
“It was just a stupid prank that he did that’s now turning into this; it’s stupid,” his mother told WPTV. “He’s a prankster. He does stuff like this because he thinks it’s funny.”

With the news that an asteroid was to pass within 10,000 km of Earth, scientists have alerted us to the fact that a strike by a medium-size asteroid (1 km.) could change Earth's climate dramatically for a few years, making life difficult for people around the world.
Such an impact on land could cause average global temperatures to plunge to ice age levels and lead to steep drops in precipitation and plantproductivity, among other effects, researchers said.
