Well folks, I guess my hunch to send the “Perspective Research Department” down to the Republican Convention in Tampa has paid off!
After hours of searching and performing their due-diligence, our reporters finally came up with a picture that might make us a household name.
Oh, I have to admit, dear readers, that your gung-ho reporter was starting to get a little depressed since we couldn’t come up with anything that the bigger guys hadn’t already done, but then LO and BEHOLD, we got the picture that might win us some sort of award.
Yes, that’s right folks, Perspective on Canada, right here on BlogsCanada.ca, got the first actual photo of a black man at the Republican Convention.
There he was, right in the middle of the crowd with never a care in the world.
He was laughin and clappin along with the rest of them GOP’ers just like no never mind.
Now we don’t know for sure whether he was a genuine conventioneer or not, (a plant?) since we lost him in the crowd, but I’m going to stick my neck out and say it was all on the up and up!
