NBC News may have been the first to report on the death of astronaut Neil Armstrong — but that was only after they mislabeled him as “Neil Young.”
Neil Armstrong walked on the moon!
Neil Young wrote and sang “Harvest Moon!”
Folk rocker Neil Young is alive and well.
Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, has died at 82.
Armstrong was part of NASA’s Apollo 11 mission, and the first to step outside the lunar module onto the surface of the moon. He uttered the now iconic phrase, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”
Armstrong was recovering from heart surgery to relieve blocked coronary arteries.
