I have said over and over that following one of the mainstream religions can only fuck you up because they have all these strange rules that whoever was in charge decided to make.
I think it was done that way to make you suffer, so that you can show how pious and faithful you are……………. after all ……., the more you suffer, the more you give for the team!
No meat on Fridays always seemed strange to me, but then we have the poor Muslims who drag themselves out of bed at daybreak every day to pray. (And as if that wasn’t enough they have to do it four more times that day!)
And that whole thing about pigs, no bacon and eggs in the morning, or a BLT at lunch time sucks!
But!
Now we find out Romney is a Mormon, and we learn that they can’t drink coffee!
COFFEE!
Look folks, no booze I can understand, but coffee is one of the food groups.
Good luck trying to get me to become a Mormon.
