ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - A Newfoundland man is facing charges of impaired driving after police say they picked him up twice in five hours.
Police in Goulds say the 20-year-old was charged the first time after he was pulled over during a traffic safety stop at about 4:40 yesterday morning.
Officers say they stopped the same man hours later at 9:30 a.m. after receiving a call of a suspected impaired driver.
He was charged with impaired driving and driving while suspended.
A second vehicle was impounded, and this time he was held in custody to appear in court.

Matt Damon is at the TIFF and was asked THIS question:
Who would win in a fight: Jason Bourne or Batman?
According to Matt Damon, it's Bourne all the way.
At the premiere of his new film "The Martian" at the Toronto International Film Festival, the actor told E! News that his action hero/assassin character could easily take on Batman (who's being played by Damon's good friend Ben Affleck in the upcoming "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice").
"Jason Bourne would kick the s**t out of Batman -- absolutely!" Damon said. "Batman’s gotta take on Superman first. If he could beat him then maybe he could take on Jason Bourne."
Those are fightin' words! But considering neither Bourne nor Batman have actual super powers, we can see it.
Damon is set to reprise his famous role in the fifth "Bourne" movie, which is currently being filmed. Last week, we caught a glimpse of Damon looking ripped in character while on set. The project is directed by Paul Greengrass and will co-star Julia Stiles and Alicia Vikander.
Damon will be seen on the big screen next in "The Martian," which hits theaters Oct. 2.

The Doublemint Twins have nothing on this group. Phil and Doug Malm are a set of identical twins, as are Jena and Jill. Phil and Doug married Jena and Jill, respectively, in 1993 at the Twins Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio, and returned to the festival to celebrate their 22nd anniversary this week.
Oh, did we mention that they all live together with their children (each couple has one) in Moscow, Idaho?
The Twins Festival is the largest gathering of twins in the world, and this year is its 40th installment, which attracted twins from locations as far-flung as Venezuela and Australia.
(And this is a lot more common than ya would think, folks!)
