Up in smoke, and other stuff!

Well kids, if nothing else, this guy has a lot of nerve, or he was just plain high as a kite!

Police stopped a guy during a routine spot check yesterday: 

They say the man partially rolled down his window and didn't respond to questions about drinking alcohol. Brantford police say they could smell marijuana and saw a "green leafy substance" they believed to be weed on the centre console of the car.
They say they asked the driver to roll the window down further, at which point the man allegedly exhaled a large cloud of smoke into the face of the officer. 

The man was then charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Now here's one for the books:

Transgender Ken doll cake sparks outrage. Supporters tell critics to eat it.

A popular bakery in Northern California is caught at the center of a heated debate on social media over a transgender “Ken doll cake” that it said it made for a customer.
Freeport Bakery, a popular business in Sacramento, posted a picture online nearly two weeks ago showing a special-ordered cake that depicted Ken wearing a puffy pink dress, flowery sash and a tiara.
The cake triggered controversy on Facebook, with people calling it “truly disgusting” and claiming that the owners were putting their “morals n standards for sale.”
“Naively, I guess I just thought this is a really cool cake, and look at how great they did with the butter cream,” Marlene Goetzeler, co-owner of the bakery, told Fox affiliate KTXL. “What’s wrong with a Ken cake?”

Folks this is just wrong on so many levels that I don't know where to begin. The next thing ya know they will be giving Ken a pair of balls ....., or a vagina!

Toronto police report that three people were shot and killed by a bow and arrow today in the suburb of Scarborough.

All three residents of one house were killed by a crossbow, but the thing that puzzles me is that  there is hardly any mention of it by the news services!

Either an Indian did this and nobody wants to be politically incorrect, or there is some other nefarious reason for keeping the whole thing quiet, but we hope to get to the bottom of this before the day is out!
