I got a letter today with this question: What happens if a tourist can't pay the bill when giving birth in the USA or Canada?

In Canada, the hospital swallows the bill and we get upset with you. So, being upset, we will send you a letter about how you owe money!

In the United States under Trump's plan to replace Obamacare they just keep the kid until you pay up!!!!
