Dear Friends: It's a well-known fact that many Americans have a rather myopic and narrow view of the world around them, but this story sort of takes the cake since the guy should know better!
A Canadian woman going to Florida was stopped by a Georgia State trooper for some reason or other..., but then charged with driving without a license because she didn't have an American drivers license! (She had a Canadian one!)
Now even if this guy was a dufus........., he's a cop and should know the law a little better!
