The cause of high school shootings!

Dear Friends: A Garland teenager was arrested after he was discovered parked in the dark near a Rowlett high school with a rifle and ammunition in his vehicle, police said.

An officer patrolling behind Rowlett Community Center about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday spotted the teen sitting in a vehicle in a dark area. The community center is near Rowlett High School, where athletic events were going on

Diego Horta, 17, also had a Halloween mask and what officers believe to be hallucinogenic drugs in his car. Police searched the vehicle after Horta’s rifle was spotted “in plain view” through the window, said a statement from Rowlett Police Department. He was arrested at the scene.

“There is no specific evidence at this time to substantiate beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect was intending to do harm to anyone,” Rowlett police said in its statement. “This investigation continues.”

SO! We sent a couple of members of the Perspective Research Department down to the States in order to get to the bottom of all these high school shooting sprees and after talking to various United States Congressmen and Senators we have come to an amazing conclusion!

Seems the majority of these incidents are caused by a combination of  teen pregnancies and the over- prescribing of Ritalin.

No word on what they plan to do about it, but the NRA has categorically claimed it's all Obama's fault!

The way they see it anyway!
