After exhaustive research and conjecture we here at the Perspective Research Department have come to the conclusion that any leader of a country that wears a uniform most of the time is considered bad news for the population of that country!
Without fail, any leader who adorns himself with false medals and ribbons, and has a phony title like "Dada" or "Baby Doc" or "Dictator for Life" or "Dear Leader" has got to be trouble kids!
But then again, there are always exceptions!
Truth be told, we would rather have someone like these two guys as a leader!
