8 year old kills himself with Uzi!

Here at Perspective we have repeatedly said that gun ownership here in Canada is not a good idea.

First of all, handguns should be banned outright since their only purpose is to shoot other people!

Anyone caught with a handgun should automatically go to jail!

As far as long guns are concerned, only someone who needs to hunt to survive should be allowed to own one.................., so unless you're an Indian or an Eskimo living way up north, ya better get rid of your rifles too!

Why?

Because owning a gun makes ya go dip-shit crazy, that's why!

Get a load of THIS!

The Canadian Press

A teenager who was in charge of a display at a 2008 gun fair where an 8-year-old boy shot himself with an Uzi submachine gun, says he told the boy's father that "it wasn't a good idea" to let the boy fire it.

STOP THE PRESSES!

Let's see, we have a father who wants his 8 YEAR OLD SON to shoot an UZI SUBMACHINE GUN, and we have a teenager in charge of the gun fair display in Westfield Mass. who allowed him to shoot it!

(Hold on a minute folks.............., if have to stop and catch my breath here!)

Michael Spano testified Friday in the trial of Edward Fleury, whose company co-sponsored the Massachusetts club exhibition.

Fleury has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and other charges in the death of Christopher Bizilj.

Spano says he offered the micro Uzi because Dr. Charles Bizilj wanted his sons to shoot an automatic weapon, and a regular Uzi the father had picked out wasn't firing in automatic mode. Spano says he told Bizilj the smaller gun "shoots fast and kicks hard."

Now, get ready....... here comes the quote of the week!

Spano said under cross-examination from Fleury's lawyer that he trusted the father to make the decision.
