I have been waiting for this, and today it finally arrived!
At 1 o’clock this afternoon I’m having my right hip replaced!
No more constant pain.
No more limping around like an old man.
No more weight gain from lack of mobility and exercise.
No more stares from stranger in the street, with that “oh, that poor, crippled man,” look in their eyes.
Watch out world.
I’m back!
P.S. Unless I can get my laptop working at the hospital, I won’t be writing until Sunday!
AND…..! THIS OPERATION ISN’T COSTING ME A PENNY, THANKS TO THAT LOUSY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM THAT THE REPUBLICANS SAY WE HAVE!
