Allan's Perspective!

After the surprising news in this week’s Quebec election I was going to look up that guy who owns Quebecor, (Pierre Peladeau) and see what he is all about…., since he is now rumoured to be the next P.Q. big shot!
After reading a bunch of stuff about him that didn’t make much sense, I found out that i was looking up info on Minister of State (Democratic Reform) Pierre Poilievre.
O.K. so they look sort of similar ………………, I figured that I would just look up people whose name that starts with “P” and I would be in business.
Next thing ya know I’m trying to figure out if it’s Louis Papineau, or Louis Paimondon!
No, no that’s not it!
Maybe it was R.M. Poirier, or E. Pechet ……………, although it could have been Annick Papillon, or Brian Pallister!!!!
I knew for sure it wasn’t Jacques Parizeau ……………, but how about B Pallister?
I then ran into a bunch of people who aren’t even politicians, like Missy Peregryn, Tamoh Penikett, Daniel Petrie, Luc Plamondon and even Julie Payette, who is an astronaut, and John Polanvi, who was a Nobel prize winner in chemistry!
Folks, it’s no wonder I flunked French in high school!

Now if I could only figure out WHICH Pierre Peladeau!
