Dear Friends:

Since it's Saturday I don't really want to get into anything too heavy, (like Drumpf) so I will pass along a headline I just read on a health site:

Now first and foremost I wouldn't be far off to suspect that this article was aimed at the ladies, and also help explain why they were making such a big deal about "The Vagina Monologues" a few years ago!

On top of that I must add that this has nothing to do with thinking dirty or raising your prurient interest, so you fellas put it back in your pants and behave yourselves.

In case you're wondering, here's some of the things you can eat to have a happy and healthy pussy!

2. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish.

3.  Probiotic-rich foods like plain yogurt, sauerkraut, or kimchi.

4.  Eat more minimally processed soy foods, like organic edamame, or tofu.

5.  Women who snack on apples more than once a day had higher levels of lubrication and sexual function compared to those who ate apples less than once a day. This will keep the doctor away and your lover closer!
