Over the weekend Kim Fung Soup held a ceremony to honour his top Generals as we see in this picture smuggled out of the country by one of our Perspective Naked News staff!
After this get together, the top guy in the military,'One Hung-Lo,' had a problem with where to put the extra medals the Big Guy gave to him, so they did the only sensible thing: They put them on his pants.
Unfortunately the weight of these extra medals upset his center of gravity and as he took his first step. he ended up falling flat on his face ........., which I'm sad to say our reporter didn't get the chance to record!!!!
