Dear Friends: "Let's get things back into Perspective!"Since today is "Earth Day" we had Molly, of the Perspective Naked News Department, dig up some noteworthy photo's of our planet, and she found this picture from an Andorran trade vessel approaching our planet from somewhere around Saturn about ten years ago. (See the tiny white/blue dot?)
Notice how they shot the picture through the rings of Saturn as they were doing a fly-by of the ringed planet. (By the way, the photo is named "distant shot of Terra" because that's the real name of our home world.)
NOW: Can you guess where this picture was taken.........? Paris? London?
Nope, it was Kabul Afghanistan before the Taliban took over and forced their particular brand of Islam on the population.

AND AS AN ADDED BONUS: We also found an old photograph of 'Big Foot' riding the Loch Ness Monster!
