Dear Friends:
Some concern is being expressed about what is going to happen with the 2020 election if Drumpf refuses to go!

There are a lot of “ifs ands and buts” involved in this, so I’m going to add some assumptions. Assuming he acts now, every Republican senator would likely jump to support him, citing the impeachment trial, harassment by the media, Covid-19.
To make it legal, an amendment would need to be passed, which takes far longer to get the necessary signatures, reviewed and approved by states, get on ballots. The soonest that would be passed is November 2020 if literally every state worked fast.
It wouldn’t pass, there have been hundreds of proposed amendments, and only 17 have passed, and one of those repealed, and there is a super majority required to pass an amendment, and no president has an approval rating high enough to get term limits removed. If he tried this now, he’d lose his re-election campaign.

Assuming the election still takes place and Trump losses, and in a fit of anger he declares he gets extra time, whether that’s weeks, months, a full term, any extra time. The person who wins the election simply walks into the White House on January 20, 2021 and orders the Secret Service to remove Trump and family.
Once a new president is elected and sworn in, the previous president has no right to be in the White House and the Secret Service WILL remove you, they don’t give a f*%> about enforcing your mandates, they protect the every presidents safety, but they have protocols for “unruly” charges.
Obviously these protocols have never been enforced against a former president, but they are in place. (Imagine Bush 2 getting drunk and fighting someone, the Secret Service would break up the fight and remove both parties by force, or if Clinton and Obama fought, who would they protect? Both).
