I am not normally a conspiracy theorist but I sometimes wonder if the government and big business doesn't have hundreds, or maybe even thousands of persons hidden away somewhere with the sole job of thinking up new ways to screw us out of money!Just tighten that vise a little bit further.
Here's the latest one!
There is a town in Texas that is test marketing a new type of parking meter that goes back to empty, or zero, or nill, or whatever as soon as you drive away.
Gone are the days when some guy before you left extra time on the meter and you could park for free. Gone. No more. Nada. Fini!
Yup, that's right bunky, the new meters are expected to add thousand of dollar a year to city coffers and don't think it will take long for every other city in North America.......... NO,THE WORLD, to put these things up and tighten the clamps a little bit more.
It's not the big things that will drive us nuts kids.
It's the little things!
