Saturday Morning Confusion About the Syrian Refugees!

Dear Readers:

Ever since Television's Sun News went dark in Canada because of a concerted effort by the left wing media to keep the network off basic cable service, some of the former staff have rallied around Ezra Levant and his Internet publication "The Rebel!"

Here is a roundup of some articles they published about the Syrian refugees in Canada within the past week that confirms the stories I told you a few months ago about how Arab refugees in Europe were causing all sorts of problems in their adopted land because of the differences in culture and values between them and the Northern Europeans. (Just for the record I was labelled a racist by certain members of the left wing for what I wrote, but I still maintain that I'm NOT a racist, just a bigot!) 

Now I have to admit that I don't always agree with everything Ezra and his buddies say and do, and sometimes they actually piss me off ....., but every once in a while they hit the nail on the head and bring stuff to our attention that is ignored by the more liberal media in this country.

THIS IS ONE OF THOSE STORIES! (It covers about a week of reporting.)

The Halifax Chronicle-Herald published a shocking report that newly arrived Syrian “refugees” at Chebucto Heights Elementary School were beating up Canadian students.

Canadian kids were being bullied, even choked by Muslim students, who made throat-slitting gestures. And the school was hiding all of this from the public, even from parents.

Not surprisingly, the news story went viral. But soon the Chronicle-Herald started making changes to their story, taking out key facts. Then they just deleted the story entirely from their website — replacing it with a short note explaining that the subject was too sensitive.

And then The Chronicle-Herald published another alibi, explaining that one of the reasons they took the story down was that “anti-Muslim groups” had been “sharing the article”. So they decided to do what the school had been doing: cover it up. But even as they admitted that a fourth witness had come forward.

What’s really going on in Halifax? Why are journalists hiding the news instead of reporting it? We sent one of our top reporters, Faith Goldy, to Halifax to get the facts directly.

Just as in San Bernardino, the fear of being labeled a “racist” is allowing evil to flourish and go unchecked. This is a result of the progressives and the media, labeling anyone who speaks out. This also puts a high level of blame for any harm that happens, on those very same groups!

These parents have a responsibility to keep this story in the public eye, they CANNOT be swept under the liberal rug. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what we can expect to happen in our schools with these kids who are brought up with violence and will bully and intimidate. Parents MUST fight this and keep their kids safe from these bullies. Shame on the newspapers covering this up, shame on the journalists hiding the truth. Is this what we can expect from the media now?

Paywalls means money for tickets to Halifax. Unlike the CBC, there are no subsidies here. Right-leaning newspapers are now sharing newsrooms and editors with their left-leaning counterparts. The Conservative voice is being suppressed in Canada.

Good old Questionable Impact still ignoring reality for utopian dreams that will never come. Notice that he doesn’t mention stories were pulled before simply for having certain races or cultures involved in them, and he is well aware of their existence, too.

Questionable impact: We don’t really know why the story was pulled. I am keeping an open mind about it but have simply referenced the fact that the suppression of Muslim related incidents is not uncommon. Whatever the case is it warrants further investigation.

At some point either MSM, their advertising patrons, or both will figure out that there is money to be made telling the truth. Hopefully. 

The story here is that anonymous allegation with insufficient corroboration made it into a mainstream media publication without even a writer byline. The story is about low journalistic integrity. The story was rightly pulled, until it becomes something fitting proper journalism. This is about a strike at the Chronicle Herald, the fact the temporary management staff from other departments like advertising were making bad editorial decisions.

Questionable Impact: The story here isn’t that there was bullying in the school yard or that there was conflict between new immigrants and residents. Both are not uncommon. The fact that makes this story interesting is why was the story pulled? Who is behind it? What is their reasoning? Just who is being protected and from what? Who asked for their protection? I try to keep an open mind to alternative explanations but you cannot discount the fact that Muslim related incidents tend to get treated with extreme delicacy which only tends to only make the issue bigger.
