Saturday Morning Confusion About the Middle East!

Dear Friends:

I am getting more and more confused about the whole Israeli -  Palestinian thing with the news that the U.S. failed to veto the latest condemnation of Israel in the U.N. last week.

My main confusion results in the realization that nobody is going to solve this mess in the foreseeable future, and it will have to play itself out over time as the Jews pursue a never-stated, but obvious direction that will do nothing to ease tensions in the area for years to come!

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting an answer, or resolution here, much the same as I couldn't give a definitive answer to God and religion in my book "An Exploration of Religion and the Meaning of Life!" Rather I attempted to show what religion WAS NOT ......, since nobody seems to agree on just what it is!!!

The same with this article ....., there is no foreseeable solution to the Palestinian problem except the one currently being pursued by the Israeli's ......., and while it plays itself out the area will remain MESSY! (Basically what is going on is that Israel will hang on to the West Bank and continue to build settlements come hell or high water. They have a not-so-hidden agenda folks!)

Eventually they will take it over completely and annex it as a Jewish part of Israel, and not a Palestinian one! (And Gaza will be next!)

Now I'm not for or against this one way or the other kids, since I don't have a dog in this race, but this game is not going to be peaceful until it all plays itself out!

Yup, the Arabs can protest all they want kids, but short of wiping Israel off the map and forcing the Jews into the sea, there is nothing that is going to change that.

God help us all!
