Don't buy American!

Dear friends: Your humble reporter really doesn't like doing this, but I think we should organize a boycott of all things American in this country! (I already don't travel to the States because there are certain things about the laws and some of the people down there that makes me very uncomfortable!)

I never thought it would come down to this but the Drumpf administration has all but declared an economic war on this country to keep the bottom 1/3 of that country happy........., (Trump's base) while the other 2/3 of the people are too apathetic to get rid of that asshole!

Until things return to normal in that land of the (so - so)  free and home of the bravely misguided we should all refrain from traveling down there or buying any of their stuff!

In the winter Snowbirds could go a little further south to Mexico, or out west to B.C., and we will just have to get used to not having oranges, Florida figs, lemons, nectarines, pineapples or wampee fruit (?) available!

Of course we would have to make an exception for their television shows and movies since the 'Great American Entertainment Machine' is too deeply ingrained in our psyche to afford us any form of safe withdrawal from its clutches........., but this is a small price to pay to assert our questionable independence!

The way I see it anyway!
