Attorney Michael Wildes said that if Immigration and Customs
Enforcement wanted to go after him, they could make a case, ABC News
reported.
He added that with the 19-year-old singer’s arrest and with him being linked to an ongoing egg-throwing investigation, it could make it more likely that he is sent packing back to Canada.
(There has even been a Whitehouse petition set up to get him deported, according to reports. )

The prospect of genetically modified purple tomatoes reaching
the shelves has come a step closer kids. Their dark pigment is intended
to give tomatoes the same potential health benefits as fruit such as
blueberries.
Developed in Britain, large-scale production is now under way in Canada with the first 1,200 litres of purple tomato juice ready for shipping. The pigment, known as anthocyanin, is an antioxidant which studies on animals show could help fight cancer.
The tomatoes were developed at the John Innes Centre in Norwich where Prof Cathie Martin hopes the first delivery of large quantities of juice will allow researchers to investigate its potential.
The tomatoes are part of a new generation of GM plants designed to
appeal to consumers – the first types were aimed specifically at farmers
as new tools in agriculture.
Scientists say the new tomatoes could improve the nutritional value of everything from ketchup to pizza topping. (But Purple? -Ed.)

According to a new study published on the popular blog The Psychology of Human Sexuality, men want more sex during the winter.
In this new study, 114 men were asked to rate the attractiveness of several women, over the course of the year.
Scientists found that men were more aroused by revealing photos of women during the colder months than they were during the summer.
WHY?
Who knows!
We thought guys were just horny all the time!

And while we’re on the subject of SEX: After prying into the
sex lives of Spaniards, a team of researchers have concluded that richer
people – particularly women – report higher rates of satisfaction in
the bedroom.

A British couple has been fined $1,800 for taking
their children out of school for a week for a family vacation. Natasha
and Stewart Sutherland took their two teen daughters and six-year-old
son to the Greek island of Rhodes for a week at the end of September.
They were fined $650 initially for failing to ensure their children
attended school regularly. That fine doubled when they didn’t pay it
within 21 days.
Stewart Sutherland argued in court he booked the family vacation –
which he said was also educational – before new rules about taking
children out of school came into effect Sept. 1. He also said he and his
wife rarely get time off together, and the vacation was much needed
family time.
But a judge still fined the couple $1,800 in court.http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/WeirdNews/2014/01/22/21416021.html

Meanwhile, another study published this spring out of the University
of Colorado Boulder found that people reported higher levels of sexual
satisfaction when they believed they were clocking in more nookie time
than their peers.
Said lead author Tim Wadsworth: “Having more sex makes us happy, but
thinking that we are having more sex than other people makes us even
happier.”http://lifewise.canoe.ca/SexRomance/LatestNews/2014/01/15/21402176-relaxnews.html

Sixth-grade teacher Rita Roark has told her students that the
universe was created by God about 6,000 years ago, and taught that both
the Big Bang theory and evolution are false, according to the lawsuit.
She told her students that “if evolution was real, it would still be
happening: Apes would be turning into humans today.”
One test she gave to students asked: “ISN’T IT AMAZING WHAT THE _____________ HAS MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
